What delivery options do I have?

Canada

Every order will be processed within 48H. The order will then take an additional 3-5 working days after your order is processed. 

USA

Every order will be processed within 48H. The order will then take an additional 3-7 working days after your order is processed excluding customs processing times. Please note that the delay might take longer if your items are stuck at customs.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

Undeliverable parcels

If we are unable to deliver your package it will automatically be returned to us. Your shipping fee will not be refunded. Please make sure to verify your address.

Import tax/customs duties

Please note, the total order amount does not include local sales tax/ VAT. In certain locations. We do not compensate for these additional charges.

Please check with your local Customs Office for more information.    

How to pay these fees:

Once the parcel has entered the destination location, it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this process, import duties and tax fees will be calculated. If additional charges apply, our transport partner will contact you to pay the extra fee before Customs releases the order.
