If something isn’t right, we accept returns made on full-price orders made within 30 days. We accept all returns on clean and unworn items. Any faulty items that are in un-suitable condition for resale (stained, worn or damaged) will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Please note that all shipping fees and charges are non-refundable.
To request a refund, send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have submitted a request, a return authorization form and instructions will be sent to you. Refunds are typically issued through the same transaction method you used in the original purchase. Please fill out the form and email it back to us at email@example.com. Once you are ready, attach the return authorization form and receipt to the address provided by our service team.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
ITEMS ON SALE
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGEWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
