If something isn’t right, we accept returns made on full-price orders made within 30 days. We accept all returns on clean and unworn items. Any faulty items that are in un-suitable condition for resale (stained, worn or damaged) will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Please note that all shipping fees and charges are non-refundable.

To request a refund, send your request to Once you have submitted a request, a return authorization form and instructions will be sent to you. Refunds are typically issued through the same transaction method you used in the original purchase. Please fill out the form and email it back to us at Once you are ready, attach the return authorization form and receipt to the address provided by our service team.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return. 

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
